Shipping

Purple Pigeon Treasures has two methods for receiving products by shipping through Canada Post or Picking up in store.

Orders with need to be shipped are processed within 3 business days. Orders will not be completed during statutory holidays or weekends and will be completed the following regular business day. Shipping costs are varied and are determined by shipping method, weight and size of package. 

If items are damaged during shipping, Purple Pigeon Treasures is not responsible and will not refund or give store credit. Customers must go through Canada Post for reimbursement or purchase Canada posts shipping insurances. 

At this time Purple Pigeon Treasures only ships within Canada

All shipping is sent through Canada Post.  

 

Returns

RETURNS

In Store Returns

All in store returns must be returned on the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Online Purchase Returns

Purchases made online cannot be returned once shipped. If the item is broken during shipping it may be returned for store credit or exchanged. 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
